I wasn't looking for a new merchant processing company but I am so glad I meet with Josh! The program they use is extremely easy to work with and it takes the whole convenience fee out of our hands and our books. Customer service is amazing... Josh is great to work with and is always there with an answer to any questions that may arise during the transition and anything thereafter!!!

I highly recommend Panhandle Merchant Services for payment processing. You get 24/7 tech support, a local person and team to install it and wire it. They provide owner and employee training for each system they install. If you need mobile and online payments they do that too. Most businesses they help end up saving money by switching to PMS merchant services.

I've been working with PMS for almost 2 years. They have saved me well over $10,000 in fees. It was a no brainer to work with them. Their in person customer service is just as valuable. Don't expect a phone call back from Square when you have a problem...

These guys are amazing! Josh and his team gave us a smooth transition from our old POS to the new system. The amount of detail and planning that was given before install made day one a breeze. Josh and his team stayed with us day one and made sure we were good to go. Tech support has been quick and responsive to all changes and questions. Would highly recommend.
